At Indus, we believe in making a difference at the grassroots level. “In most schools, students are helped with the concepts, homework and exam preparation. Students already have access and exposure to the resources through school. But at Indus community school, it starts from scratch.” She says that teaching children from low-income backgrounds is all about providing them with the exposure they would otherwise miss. For us, it is a way of giving back to the society. It is more than just teaching. It is an avenue for growth. Leaders are born out of the teachers who strive for excellent education in their classrooms and create student leaders.
